We had a rather eventful weekend! My sweet husband, Michael, was bit by a black widow spider!! We didn't know what to do or how serious it was, so we ofcourse rushed to the emergency room. Thankfully, our pastor and his wife were here, so he took us the the ER and his wife was sweet enough to stay here with Allie. I fixed her some formula, which she had never had, and Amanda said that she would suck on the bottle for a minute until she tasted the formula and then gag. That is my little Allie, it's her way or the highway! Thankfully, Michael's bite was not serious so we were home in about three hours. Allie was glad to see us because she was hungry, and she ate for a very long time when I got home! To our wonderful surprise, our friends from Florida Amber and Jay came by with Amber's sister Bethany and Amber and Jay's two children! We had such a great visit. It has been a while since we had been blessed to see them. We hadn't even seen their youngest girl Emma yet, and they had never seen Allie. We were so glad to see them, and just as sad to see them go! Well, Allie is officially the rollover queen now! She doesn't stay on her back for long anymore these days. It is so sweet to see her rollover. And so funny because when she gets on her tummy she gets mad because she doesn't have anything to do. I can just imagine that when she starts crawling I am going to be on my toes all day! She is still doing great with her sleeping. A couple of times she has given us a good twenty minute cry before she goes on to sleep. Don't worry Ninny, I never let her get to upset before I go in there and pat her back and tell her it's ok!! She is actually asleep right now and has been for a while so I better wrap this up before she wakes. Will keep everyone posted on how my little Allie is doing!!
